Overview
CubeAI 5G is DroneAI's flagship — a single integrated module that gives an autonomous machine everything it needs to think, fly and stay connected. Inside one unit are the EdgeAI OS and a dedicated AI processor running detection models, a Cube Orange+ class flight controller, a 5G modem and secure telemetry. Instead of integrating five subsystems yourself, you drop in one board.
Because inference runs on-board, the mission keeps thinking even when the link drops — detections are made at the edge and streamed over 5G to DroneAI Cloud Control Solution for beyond-line-of-sight control. The same module fits a UAV, a UGV or a USV, so a capability you prove on one platform carries straight to the next.
It is designed to be no-code and plug & deploy: secure boot, signed firmware and encrypted telemetry come configured out of the box (DGCA Sec-7 ready), which is how CubeAI 5G cuts a typical integration from months to weeks.

One of the most advanced flight controllers available — triple-redundant IMU sensors, ArduPilot compatible, proven on professional drones, UAVs, rovers and even submarines.
Powers the drone's advanced software — on-board computer vision, digital HD video streaming and payload data streaming.
Integrated LTE/5G and WiFi modules hold a permanent broadband link — the always-on connection that makes remote, beyond-line-of-sight workflows possible.
In the box: the DH-AI-5G main unit, 4× antennas for 5G and LTE, a power module and the full cable set — CSI cable, XT60 and XT30 harnesses.

Autonomous machines need a brain. CubeAI 5G carries the AI processor, a Cube Orange+ flight controller and secure 5G in one field-ready unit — drop it onto any airframe, rover or vessel and it is ready to fly.
Edge to cloud · Encrypted end-to-end
Sensor feeds run through the on-board AI processor, then stream encrypted over 5G to DroneAI Cloud Control Solution — enabling true BVLOS mission control with live AI detections.
On-device AI
Detection runs on the module and streams annotated video and geotagged detections to the dashboard — with tools to focus and review what the AI sees.
Developed in-house to detect objects both in the air and on the ground — the hard aerial-vantage case that off-the-shelf models miss.
A widely-used object-detection model known for its speed and accuracy, selectable live from the dashboard.
Draw ROIs on the live feed to generate specialised analytics for just those zones.
Every detection is pinned to GPS coordinates on a map and reviewable by session — current or historical.
